Paedriatic Hepatic International Tumour Trial (PHITT)

The largest European collection of samples from patients with hepatoblastoma

The PHITT (Pediatric Hepatic International Tumor Trial), initiated in 2017, is a collaborative global trial involving the three major clinical groups conducting clinical trials for pediatric liver tumors: the Epithelial Liver Tumor Group of the International Society of Pediatric Oncology (SIOPEL), the Hepatic Tumor Committee of the Children's Oncology Group in the United States (COG), and the Japanese Children's Cancer Group (JCCG). This project will contribute to the comprehensive molecular characterization of PHITT patients diagnosed and treated in Europe.
